Steps to reproduce:

Upgraded on windows and Linux from v112 to v115 and kept prior settings.

Actual results:

No longer to use SMTP outgoing on port 25 or 2525 even though this port has been used for years with my company.

Expected results:

Emails would be able to be sent outside our network on any network on port 25 or 2525
