links and lynx, but especially links favor links over random text. the result

is that if a page like the request tracker is extremely wide (>80 cols)

and has links only on its right side, then the text to the left (names)

gets cut off because it's obviously unimportant.



fix: make names links. they can be mailto or request tracker links but they

need to be links.

If Links doesn't provide you with a way to easily horizontally scroll, then
that's a bug in Links.  File it with them, not us.

The problem with the request list being too wide is another issue.  It's wide
enough to be annoying even on a GUI browser.  The main problem is the filter
mechanism at the top.  Without that, everything wordwraps into narrower columns
without problems.
