See http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=78270 (I couldn't find a relevant Chimera bug yet). As URL Bar Autocomplete is still a bit slow, I often type the first few characters of a site I visit frequently (f.e., "bugzi") and then type enter, expecting Chimera to complete that to "bugzilla.mozilla.org" on its own, when it actually will go to "www.bugzi.com" instead. By sorting the URL Bar by frequency instead, it would still show "www.bugzi.com" as an item somewhere, but "bugzilla.mozilla.org" would be on top, as I visit it regularly.

I don't believe we store frequency, though it would make sense.
Camino does this now. Not sure when it was picked up--maybe on the trunk merge after 0.7.
