User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/115.0
Steps to reproduce:
This morning I switched to Thunderbird 115 and, suddenly, I no longer see in the "inbox" folder the 2 POP3 mail addresses I had before, but only the IMAP ones.
Actual results:
Only in the trash can one of the two disappeared addresses be seen.
I add that, if I try to write a new message, I have the possibility to use all the addresses.Let me explain better: I realized that, with the UNIFIED FOLDERS mode, I only see 3 IMAP addresses and not the 2 POP3. While, if I go to ALL FOLDERS mode, then I see all 5 addresses.
Expected results:
All addresses should appear in the section UNIFIED FOLDERS

Do you still see this with version 115.2.0?
Does the following help?
open the troubleshooting information on the help menu.
Click the show profile button
Close Thunderbird
Open the "mail" folder in the file manager window that opened.
Delete the folder names "smart mailboxes"
Restart Thunderbird.

With version 115.2 the problem remained.
But the solution you proposed solved the bug.
Thank you.
