Note for QA: the changes for this ticket don't include the clickable text (last line of the CFR) which was added recently.

Verified as fixed on the latest Fenix Nightly 119.0a1 from 9/11 with the following devices:

• Google Pixel 6 (Android 14),
• Xiaomi Mi8 Lite (Android 10), and
• Lenovo tablet M10 (Android 10).

Verified that

• the CFR is displayed the first time a user opens a product page from amazon.com, walmart.com, or bestbuy.com,
• the CFR cannot be dismissed by tapping outside of it,
• the CFR can be dismissed by tapping the "x" close option from the top right corner of it, or by sending Fenix in the background and re-opening,
• the CFR is dismissed when rotating the device from portrait to landscape.
