Steps to reproduce

1. Go to data:text/html,<meta charset=utf8><a href="data:text/html,hello">Navigate</a><script>a.b.c</script>
2. Open the console
3. Notice that there's an error message, and that the toolbox error icon is displayed
4. Ensure that the "Persist logs" setting is enabled
5. Click on the "Navigate" link

Expected results

The error count stays the same, as the error is still displayed in the console

The error count stays the same, as the error is still displayed in the console
