[Prerequisites]:
- Signed in with a valid FxA account that contains at least one login saved.
[Steps to reproduce]:
- Open "about:preferences".
- Click on "Saved Logins...".
- Click on a saved login.
- Click then on Remove.
- Grab elements on the modal.
- Drag them around.
[Expected result]:
- Elements remain in place.
[Actual result]:
- "Remove this login?" icon is draggable.

This bug is the same as 1844393 since they use the same template and icon. Closing as duplicate :)
