[Steps to reproduce]:
- Open any website.
- Click the Star icon inside the URL bar.
- Do not click the 'Save' button.
- Type any letter (e.g., 'h') in the URL-bar.
[Expected result]:
- The website shouldn't be bookmarked without clicking the 'Save' button.
[Actual result]:
- The website is bookmarked without clicking the 'Save' button.

This is the expected behavior, the star is a quick-bookmarking action and the default action is to bookmark. We think that's the most common operation and thus default to it.
Clicking Cancel will cancel the operation, this is a less common action and thus is not the default.
Doing the opposite may cause unexpected data-loss, so we prefer to stay on the Save side.
