Certain RSS feeds get downloaded on repeat, infinitely, until Firefox is forced to close.

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/115.0
Steps to reproduce:
Go to certain RSS feeds, such as this one https://priestwife.neocities.org/feed.rss
Actual results:
Firefox automatically downloads the feed.rss, as per usual with all RSS feeds but instead of downloading once and displaying the file in a new tab, it starts opening infinite tabs and creating .part files in the downloads folder.
Closing FF and restoring the session opens the empty tabs again but stops the infinite creation of new ones.
Expected results:
FF should have downloaded the feed.rss and opened a single new tab with the xml content.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Downloads Panel' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

Could you please attach to this report a copy of the handlers.json file from the Firefox profile in question (can retrieve the profile folder from about:support)?
It would also be useful to get either a screencast, or alternatively a screenshot of the "Open/Save" dialog or panel, in case you see one.
Do you see a handler for RSS in the Applications section of about:preferences and how is it set (again a screenshot would help)?

I have made a quick video of the bug here: https://youtu.be/-JozMiqTiVk
On my preferences, the only RSS handler is Firefox itself.
