Comma in Cc: list can wrap to beginning of line

Take a messsage which has a large number of people on the CC list. Shrink or
enlarge the window slowly in the horizontal direction. Notice that under some
circumstances you get get lines of addresses that have a "," as the first part
of the line.
This is bad typography and looks silly. For word wrap purposes, the comma should
be attached to the address preceding it.
This is with version 1.2.1
Can see this in a lot of To: recipients also. As noted above, doesn't happen
for all resizing, just when the resizing hits the end of a string just right.

I can still see this when resizing "just right" an email with lots of To/Cc with headers expanded.
