STR:
- Load https://bugzilla.mozilla.org (in your Fx test profile, no login)
- Open the Toolbox, select the Debugger
- Check the "Script First Statement"
- Click "Login with GitHub" button,
- The debugger pauses, change size of the Toolbox (nomatter if you docked at the side/botttom) => BUG You should see area not covered by the overlay
