[Preconditions]:

• Have at least 1 saved login

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open 'about:preferences'.
2. Click on 'Saved Logins...'
3. Click a saved login.
4. Click on the 'Edit' button.
5. Navigate to 'about:logins' in a new tab.
6. Click the same login as Step 3.
7. Click on the 'Edit' button.
8. Modify username.
9. Click on the 'Save Changes' button.
10. Go back to the previous 'about:logins' page.

[Expected result]:

• "Discard unsaved changes?" pop-up shouldn't show up since the saved login is not changed on the previous 'about:logins' page.

[Actual result]:

• "Discard unsaved changes?" pop-up shows up.

I am able to reproduce this issue in Release 116, Beta 117.0b3 and Nightly 118.0a1 on Windows 10.
