[Affected versions]:
- Firefox 115.0.2 (64-bit)
[Affected Platforms]:
- Mac 13.3.1
[Preconditions]:
- Have at least 1 saved login
[Steps to reproduce]:
- Open 'about:preferences'.
- Click on 'Saved Logins...'
- Click a saved login.
- Click on the 'Edit' button.
- Navigate to 'about:logins' in a new tab.
- Click the same login as Step 3.
- Click on the 'Edit' button.
- Modify the username.
- Click on the 'Save Changes' button.
- Go back to the previous 'about:logins' page.
- Click on the 'Cancel' button on the 'Discard unsaved changes?' pop-up.
- Click on the 'Save Changes' button.
[Expected result]:
- The username is the previous one. Because the username in edit mode from Step 4 is the previous username, the 'Save Changes' button is clicked under this status.
[Actual result]:
- The username is the previous one.
- After refreshing the page, the username turns into the modified one.
