Netscape 4 had a feature in bookmark manager that let you change what bookmark folder was used for the "personal toolbar" in the context menu. Mozilla doesn't have this. You have to edit bookmarks.html to change it. See also my phoenix bug (probably this bug's ID plus one) that requests more than one folder be allowed to be placed on toolbars. Mozilla /may/ want this, but it makes much more sense in Phoenix since the toolbars are customizable.

wow. how'd I miss that. verifying. Now to just add bug 184504 so phoenix can have split toolbars.
