Steps to reproduce:

1-Open Sign up Page for yahoo acct.
2.Enter special characters Full Name
1.Click on continue button

Actual results:

No validation msg for special characters is displayed

Expected results:

Validation msg thaqt full name cannot have special characters should be displayed
