Steps how to reproduce with installation of en-US SeaMonkey 2.53.18 Beta 1 Pre Mozilla/5.0 (NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:91.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/91.0 SeaMonkey/2.53.18 Build 20230710210002 (normal user Profile and newly created User Profile), Default Classic Theme on German WIN10 64bit:

  1. Visit https://www.action.com/
    » Expected: top of the page shown, can scroll to bottom of page
    » Actual: Scroll bar missing, no way to scroll down (also not with mouse wheel) 😥

additional info

a) sometimes if I'm lucky I can scroll using mouse wheel the first few moments, and also the
scrollbar is visible. But after a second or so scrollbar vanishes and I can no longer scroll
using mouse wheel.
b) I haven't already tested whether that worked with older versions.
c) no obvious DUPs found with this query
