We want to do a deploy for socorro tagged 2023.07.25.

It consists of the following:

ab7e11e: Update dependencies (willkg)

This also pushes out configuration and other infrastructure changes (bug #1843360):

  1. remove the private symbols bucket from STACKWALKER_SYMBOL_URLS
  2. remove the aws-signing-proxy from the ami and all the related configuration

Grafana and Sentry look good. Nothing noticeable in the processor memory or cpu usage now that the AWS signing proxy is gone. Crash report stacks are still getting symbolicated. Everything looks good.
