Details

We have a great new baseline new user onboarding narrative and flow with MR 2022 onboarding that emphasizes values that bring users to Firefox. This experiment explores whether we can optimize the tone and narrative of our new user onboarding to reiterate messaging around privacy, speed, and security, which we hypothesize will increase participation in our calls to action. This experiment also plays to our hypothesis that Firefox has a word of mouth growth loop where we acquire news users via existing users telling others about the benefits of Firefox.
