Steps to reproduce:

In Table View, I can just tick the unread indicator to make a message unread again, without even focusing it.

Actual results:

In Cards View, there's no such indicator, so I have to go two context menu items down now.

Expected results:

A quick read/unread toggle, like for starring.

We're not adding all the toggle and actions int he Cards view as the space is much more limited compared to the Table view.
You can press M on your keyboard to quickly toggle the read/unread state.
We're also adding a mouse accessible context menu with quick actions later on, but not for 115.
