Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open Nightly 117.0a1
  2. Click on the content area to remove focus from the address bar.
  3. Switch to full screen
  4. Move mouse pointer to top edge of screen so that toolbar appears.
  5. Riht-click on the toolbar

Actual Results:
The right-click menu height is short. It needs scroll to show last one or two menuitems.

Expected Results:
The right-click menu should be fully visible.
