"Move to" tab in Menu Bar does not work in release 115.0.1

Steps to reproduce:
Click on "Mail to" tab that was added to the Menu Bar. Click on "Recent" or any other available option to move an email to a folder. Click on displayed folder to move current email from Inbox to Folder. Nothing happens. However, when I right click on the email and choose "Move to" in the drop down and then choose "Recent" or any other available option to move the email, it works.

Expected results:
When selecting the "Move to" tab in the Menu bar and then "Recent" or other options available to move an email to a folder, it should have moved the email to the folder. This worked fine in release 102.

This works for me with beta 116 and nightly 117.
Does it fail for you in 115 after Help > Troubleshoot mode?
