Steps to reproduce:

May we please have an easier way of selecting which calendar events are added to by default. This could be either:

A. A setting for each calendar for whether it's the default.

or:

B. When you choose which calendar is used for a new event, that calendar is remembered and selected by default next time.

The current design in version 116 requires manual hacking of the setting in about:config, and is very hard to use.
