Investigate whether it is possible to automatically detect repository when hash is entered.

Is the revision hash unique across the project, or does it persist across repositories?

example:

  • make changes, commit changes, push to try
  • changes approved and merged to autoland
  • later merged to mozilla-central.

Does the revision have the same hash on try, autoland, and mozilla-central?
