Acceptance criteria: 

• Compare over time
  ** Based on the component https://mozilla-hub.atlassian.net/browse/PCF-213 from the initial page, but always expanded 
  ** Allow editing through the edit icon
  ** Allow adding new revisions through the “Add revision” button, this button should be hidden if the user chooses three revisions, the maximum limit
  ** Differences: The search is shown
  *** when clicking “Add revision” in the inputs view (and the “Add revisions” button is hidden at this point”)
  *** when clicking on the edit icon

Subtasks:

• Allow editing through the edit icon
• Allow adding new revisions through the “Add revision” button
