Scope of this ticket is to update about welcome bundle title text to show part of the text as bold. This should be simpler by adding html tag inside fluent string.

Looks like headline in MVP design doesn't have bold as part of the string. Will be good to attach patch that updates string and headline with styles from figma . Thanks!

Since this will be another string change, I'll bundle it in with the final strings & images to cut down on the number of reviews we need.
