The MSIX packages that get uploaded to the MS Store must have matching fields. The repackage-*msix need to properly set:

Vendor: "Mozilla Thunderbird"
Package ID:
- Release: "MZLA"
- Bets: "ThunderbirdBeta"
Publisher:
- ID: <set to CN assigned by Partner Center>
- Display Name: "Mozilla Thunderbird"

Update some MSIX fields to align with what the MS Store expects.

Depends on D185075 from bug 1846591 in mozilla-central.
