You currently cannon combine ctrl+enter (www.*.com), shift+enter (www.*.net) and
ctrl+shift+enter (www.*.org) with alt+enter (open in new tab).

What I'd like to be able to do, is to enter "mozilla" in the address bar, and
hit ctrl+alt+shift+enter, to open www.mozilla.org in a new tab.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Type "mozilla" in address bar
2. Hit ctrl+alt+shift+enter

Actual Results:
Nothing

Expected Results:
Open "www.mozilla.org" in a new tab
Apparently this is a WONTFIX, though it is available in Linux in all the three
append combinations (go figure). So if you want this functionality, go install
Linux :). It's also a dupe of bug 178051, though not obvious from the other
bug's summary.
