Tried to log on to sites mentioned

Actual results:

With v116.0 I no longer can get into one of my bank account sites nor into any archive.mozilla site, either for Firefox or Thunderbird

Expected results:

Should have let me in

Gene, to bypass the effects of any extensions or custom settings please can you confirm whether you reproduce this issue using Firefox in safe mode or with a new profile?
