In Internet Explorer, when the user tabs to a field that has a pull-down menu in
it (e.g., State selection in an order form), the field is highlighted and the
user can use the up, down and enter keys to select from within the menu choices.
In Mozilla, tabbing to the field skips it, requiring moving the cursor and doing
a manual selection.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Try to tab to a field that has a menu in it
2.It skips
3.
Expected Results:
The field should be highlighted, and the arrow (and enter) keys should be usable
to select the choice within the field
