Steps to reproduce:

I start watching some video.

Extra information: it's hard to reproduce it. Website doesn't seem to matter, I have uBlock and clearing all browser data after exit set up. This is a long time bug on my device.

Actual results:

For a few moments after beginning of playing the video picture is slowed down. Sound is okay for the whole time. It takes a couple of seconds to get the speed of picture back to normal.

Maybe that's some buffering stuff?

Expected results:

No slow downs just after starting the video.

I have seen the same bug and found that it only happens when an ad is played before the actual video. You can still reproduce this with uBlock on, but then you don't know if the ad played or not.

Keeping the NI in case I can get a profile for the media team as well before the reporter.

I closed the browser (all data are cleared whie exiting), opened it, pasted some Youtube video url address and played it (with uBlock turned on). It was a bit too slow both after video had started and still when I paused after a few seconds and played it further.

This bug doesn't seem to affect me any more so I don't know if it's disappeared or I am in a state where I cannot reproduce it.
