The Dialog, that pops up, when a page contains for example chinese characters
has a not working close-button.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter a chinese page. (Good place to start: alltheweb.com, select Chinese as
language, search for something)
Actual Results:  
The Close button doesn't do anything.

Expected Results:  
The close button should close the Dialog.

It's not completely obvious, but it's a dupe of 112098. You can reproduce this
in Mozilla, right?
