184738 - browser/mail/composer/chatzilla will not load and cannot be started again.

Status: VERIFIED DUPLICATE of bug 169777

User-Agent:       Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1)
Build Identifier: Mozilla 1.2.1

After I installed version 1.2.1 turbo mode would start but nothing would load. 
Even if I 'end task' anything related to mozilla and restart it would just hang 
at the splash screen. I uninstalled and tried to install 1.2 the installer 
crashes giving the message "Error occurred during installation - Navigator: -
202 ACCESS_DENIED" Please help!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Installer Problem
1. Just have to run the installer.
Program Hanging
1. Close any open windows then try to run it again
2. Nothing will happen

Actual Results:  
Installer
 Crash with message "Error occurred during installation - Navigator: -202 
ACCESS_DENIED"
Program
 Mozilla hangs

Expected Results:  
Installer
 Finished installing
Program
 Ran

Note that the Mozilla 1.2 installer worked before installing 1.2.1 now niether 
installer will work.

Did you uninstall before installing? If not, please try following the
installation notes before anything else.

If it still hangs;
While mozilla or quickstart are NOT running: Delete the file XUL.mfl in your
profile dir. Restart. Any change?

Deleting the file helped. As for the installation I found the problem,
I feel stupid but it was just an extra "/" in the install path. Sorry about that...
