Steps to reproduce:
Browse to Amazon (problem can be found on other sites as well).
Actual results:
Page rendering is mangled.
Expected results:
Pages should have rendered properly as before 116.0.1.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Widget: Gtk' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

The problem has mostly resolved. After several reboots of linux Firefox will now correctly render tabs that are opened within the same browser window. However if a tab is opened via a new window then that window does not have the correct X window decorations - a minor issue, but annoying all the same as something screwy is still going on. The content of that new separate window is correctly rendered though.
