[Steps to reproduce]:

  1. Navigate to the “about:welcome” page and navigate through the “about:welcome” screens.
  2. Observe the backgrounds of the images.

[Expected result]:

  • The background images are visible.

[Actual result]:

  • The background images are NOT visible.
