Steps to reproduce:

Go to https://werkenbijdefensie.nl/sollicitatie (there are other websites but this is one I know of the top of my head), scroll down (very slowly) and observe the background

Actual results:

Odd visual glitches including color squares and incorrectly colored images appearing out of nowhere

Expected results:

No visual glitches

Hi!
I checked multiple builds with the site mentioned as example but I couldn't reproduce this issue.
I noticed that the smoothness in scrolling is not as good as on other pages and I even compared it to Chrome where the scrolling is smooth.

Tested builds:

• RC 115.0
• RC 116.0
• RC 117.0
• Nightly 118.0a1 (from 2023-08-23)

Devices used:

• Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 (Android 13).
• Google Pixel 7 (Android 14).

Could you check if you still reproduce the issue after an update to RC117.0? Maybe download the latest Nightly build and see if it's the same there? Or if you can, clear your data on 116.0 and check again.
If it still reproduces, please share more information about your device. Thank you!
