Steps to reproduce:
Create a new folder somewhere.
Actual results:
Folder is created, but doesn't show up in Recent folder menu (under right-click Move to or Copy to or in Recent Folders in left folder list if that's turned on).
Expected results:
Arguably that folder is the "most recent", but even if "most recent" is limited to meaning messages were moved in or out of it, it still seems that if I create a new folder it's to immediately do something with it. Thus it would be nice if it showed up in recent folder lists, and maybe also in the "Move to <most recent folder> Again" contextual menu item, although then it would have to be smart enough to drop the Again in that case.

I should add this isn't something new in 115, it's an enhancement request I've been meaning to write for a while, I just happen to be running 115.1 now.
