Bugzilla is a good software and works very well except slow speed on submiting 
a new bug or changing bug status.
Browser always stop on "URL:../process_bug.cgi
and wait about 2-3 minuts.  Sometimes browser gets time out, the process_bug 
action failed.
I want to know if it is populaly, or something configure wrong in my system.
I confige 10 vote and none milestone. There are just 10 users.

something was wrong or waste too long time on processing mail or showing next 
bug .  The response speed and high performance need improve.

This is usually the fault of your MSA (mail submission agent).  Are you using
Sendmail, or some other mail server?  If you're having this trouble frequently
and you are using Sendmail, you might try turning the "sendmailnow" param off,
and then tell Sendmail to process your queue more frequently.  Having
sendmailnow off will tell Bugzilla to queue the mail instead of sending it
immediately, then it'll get sent the next time Sendmail processes the queue. 
Then you won't be waiting for sendmail to accept the mail.

This question would be better dealt with on one of the mailing lists than as a
