Steps to reproduce:
scrolling the main email list
Actual results:
the scrollbar left the main window and went up into the top row
Expected results:
scroll bar should have stopped at the top end of the view pane and not enter the top row

I believe this intentional, a limitation of the current implementation.
But perhaps change in future.
by turning on "always show scrollbars" in Windows 11 settings,

The top and bottom arrow for moving the scrollbar, only show on hoovering the mouse over the scrollbar,
otherwise their spot is empty and it just looks bugged.
now with the custom mozilla scrollbars with white background and
the horizontal line going through, the scrollbar really looks out of place up there :P
so I dont know, it just looks wrong, because there is no indication that this area is for the scrollbar
and the arrows dont even show on hoovering, like when always enabling them via windows settings.
just gives the feeling of crappy, bugged software, which isnt really the case, just a poor implementation.
maybe someone of the vfx team can fix it someday
