This happened during a reftest:
REFTEST TEST-LOAD | http://localhost:57626/1691751900109/71/encoder.html?img=size-16x16.png&mime=image/vnd.microsoft.icon

It is hard to say what might be going on because there are no symbols in the stack.

I'll move this to ImageLib because it looks like an ImageLib test. Maybe we're crashing inside some Windows icon related system library and that's why we have no real stack?

I think our ICO encoder is just a slim wrapper around our bmp or png encoder, and none of them making any system calls.

We have code to ask the system for icons (ie icons for a text file, icons for a pdf file), but that is completely separate from our ico encoding code.

Since the first failure there has been a similar failure classified as this bug, it happened running mochitest browser chrome toolkit/components/antitracking/test/browser/browser_staticPartition_saveAs.js and the stack actually has one symbol "const js::jit::SymbolPolicy<0>::`vftable'". Not being able to get a stack because some of the code is in the jit seems possible?
