Steps to reproduce:

on a 2-monitor setup, have a Fx window open on both monitors. In window A, have one pinned tab, on window B, two pinned tabs. On monitor B, open as many tabs as required to make the "<" icon appear to the right of your pinned tab.

drag the pinned tab from monitor A to the area of the pinned tab on monitor B (to group the pinned tabs together) and hover the pinned tab around that area
Actual results:
See video, blue pin icon only appears when hovering pinned tab to the left of all other pinned tabs, when hovering between other pinned tabs, or when hovering it far right of the "<" indicator: https://youtu.be/v4t0hJUlPx4
Expected results:
blue pin icon should also appear left of the "<" icon, when hovering the pinned tab in that area
