Details
The English Language Pack (en-US) is not yet compatible with Thunderbird 115.
Please update the language pack, so non-English installations of Thunderbird 115 can install and use English (US) as another supported language.

It is up there; you need to click the "view other versions" link on that page to see it.
But, that page should load up the latest 115 version, and furthermore in Thunderbird when loading the list of langpacks in Thunderbird itself, en-US should be listed; it's not.

For a lot of other language packs indeed a compatible version for Thunderbird 115 and newer is available on ATN via "View other versions". Unfortunately this is not the case for the "English Language Pack (en-US)", see:
https://addons.thunderbird.net/thunderbird/addon/tb-langpack-en-us/versions/
(I didn't check every other language pack; so I am not sure whether this is the only language pack, which is missing a compatible version for Thunderbird 115 and newer.)

My apologies, I was looking at the wrong language. Download the 115 version from: https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/thunderbird/releases/115.1.0/linux-x86_64/xpi/en-US.xpi
The en-US langpack is uploaded automatically by CI during a release. More investigation needs to be done.

The en-US langpack for Thunderbird 115 is available for download through ATN now. This was a manual upload.
Fixing bug 1848691 on comm-esr115 will handle future releases.
