Steps to Reproduce:

Expected Results:  
Display filename in full such that the save saves the name with the correct
filename extension for Word. Even the MIME type was right, so there were 2
chances to get it right.

That's invalid; a filename in that header that contains spaces should be quoted
as filename="ARMulator1.4 PRS v0.2jc.doc"

Ishmail could use being fixed, it seems...

We should not be modifying the suggested filename per the mimetype, imo, and the
suggested filename in that header, parsed per the relevant spec is "ARMulator1.4".
