Steps to reproduce:

In settings -> main -> startup you must enable opening previous windows and tabs. Then, in a regular window, open any tab with any website. Then, open a private window. When you close the regular window and open it again, tabs won't be restored.

Actual results:

I wasn't able to restore my tabs

Expected results:

My tabs should have been restored
