Since about Aug 11 we've been getting warnings like so:
WARN when parsing as 'module': Unable to parse JS file /mnt/index-scratch/mozilla-central/git/testing/web-platform/tests/html/semantics/scripting-1/the-script-element/css-module/resources/integrity-matches.js:1 because SyntaxError: unexpected token: keyword 'with': /mnt/index-scratch/mozilla-central/git/testing/web-platform/tests/html/semantics/scripting-1/the-script-element/css-module/resources/integrity-matches.js:1
Looks like a result of https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1845085.

This should downgrade the WARN to INFO assuming I didn't screw it up
