Steps to reproduce:

I have three email accounts A, B, C (listed in that order).

  • Navigate to account A's inbox, leave Thunderbird in the background.
  • Receive an email in C's inbox.
  • Click the desktop notification.

Actual results:

Thunderbird navigates to some email years back in A's inbox that has seemingly nothing to do with the one I just received.

Expected results:

The new email in C's inbox should be opened.

Fixed in bug 1846885.
