Steps to reproduce:
print "save as pdf" - ebay: detailed item description for a long time always empty
On Windows 10, current version, several PCs and Notbooks.
Not checked, whether the problem exist on mobile versions too.
visit any ebay item, [ctrl]+[p], select "safe as pdf", press [safe]
open the pdf.
Actual results:
on the first view the PDF looks OK but the item description is empty, always.
It happens with the Firefox 116 and many many many previous versions as well. for months for years .. can't remember since when.
"safe as PDF" with google chrome: no problems
I've seen the function "safe as pdf" only in the browsers.
No other program on windows offers in the print menue "safe as pdf".
I therefore assume that the print dialog "save as pdf" is part of Firefox.
Expected results:
the content of the any ebay "Item description from the seller" needs to be part of the safed pdf, but it isn't.
Can you please fix it?

I'm seeing a similar issue (the "item description from the seller" missing from the output, although it looks fine in the preview panel) when using the Microsoft Print to PDF driver, or printing to a physical printer, too. So it's not specific to the Save to PDF pseudo-printer.
Curiously, on macOS the item description appears fine in Save as PDF output, but is missing when I print to a real printer.

can you please add your "Firefox user agent" info of your Mac?
type in firefox addressbar about:support
in one row of the table you will see "User-Agent". please add the value here
my Firefox User-Agent's with the print bug are:

If I compare it with Chrome, then PDF creation works perfectly there.
Chrome also manages to ensure that the product recommendations displayed on eBay do not appear in the PDF.
