Reporter: Did you check a new version of Phoenix? If not, then please obtain a nightly build from http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/phoenix/nightly/latest-trunk/ install it into a new directory and try again. If problem still persists we might need some more information in order to find out what's going on there. A good way to find others, which might have the same problem like you, is to use the Phoenix discussion groups at http://www.mozillazine.org/forums/index.php
This problem came out with Mozilla 1.3alpha, too. I'll reboot the machine today and see if it's still there. Also, seems to happen if I go to Preferences and have the equivalent setting checked, and press Ok.
I rebooted, and the problem seemed to remain, but I found out that if you wait for a minute or two after pressing the Ok button, everything will work out. Try that and let this bug now if it didn't work for you. Internet Explorer 6 doing dirty tricks? Just speculating.
