There is a meta annotation for content-visibility-070.html on linux, but the test works completely now.
This patch removes the unnecessary meta annotations

I've tried to reproduce locally playing with --enable-optimize --enable-debug build config --rerun, --verify-chaos-mode and --debugger=rr and failed to do so.

I'm not sure when this annotation was added and can't find similar bugs for content-visibility-085.html ; so I guess we can just land the patch...
