Steps to reproduce:

When we set the language to Russia, we only have Google, DuckDuckGo, and Wikipedia search engines in the list.

Actual results:

Yandex is missing in the list

Expected results:

Yandex should be added to the search engine list when the language is Russian

Yandex was intentionally removed as built-in search provider from Firefox in Version 98.0.1 (desktop) / 98.2.0 (Android).
