184974 - when added to windows startup, mozilla -mail only activates quick launch

I added a batch file with "start mozilla -mail" in the windows "startup" folder.
Each time I load Windows, QuickLaunch is started in the system tray, instead of
opening the mozilla mail window.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. add a batch file with "start mozilla.exe -mail" next to mozilla.exe
2. put a shortcut to the batch file in the startup folder
3. reboot

Actual Results:  
mozilla quicklaunch icon appears in tray

Expected Results:  
open mozilla mail application in a window

sometimes, it also opens a browser window. but I haven't yet seen it open the
mail reader window

seems like it was fixed in 1.3 final - after installing that, the problem stopped
